It is the right place for all of these:
- a question about something you read;
- a correction, which is always welcome;
- anything about privacy, including a request about your own data;
- permission to reuse the writing or the illustrations beyond what the terms of use already allow.
Please do not send personal information you would not want in an email.
A note on the questions we cannot answer
We are happy to hear about your child, and people send us wonderful things. What we cannot do is read an individual chart on request, or answer a question about a particular child's health, sleep, feeding or development. The first is a different service. The second belongs to someone qualified to answer it, and we would be doing you a disservice by trying.
