1. What this site is for

Zodiac Baby publishes astrological readings about babies and young children. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. It is not advice

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, developmental, educational or professional advice, and nothing here is a diagnosis, an assessment or a recommendation about a particular child. The descriptions of the twelve signs are a living astrological tradition, read here as a meaningful language for each child’s temperament and family rhythm.

Any concern about a child's health, development, feeding, sleep or wellbeing should go to a qualified professional. Do not delay asking one, or act against what one has told you, because of something you read here.

3. What you may do with the content

The writing, illustrations, drawings of the constellations, design and marks on this site belong to Zodiac Baby and are protected by copyright and related rights.

You may, without asking:

• read, print and save pages for your own personal use;
• share a link to any page anywhere you like;
• quote a short passage in your own work, provided you name Zodiac Baby and link to the page you took it from.

You may not, without our written permission:

• republish, syndicate or mirror a page or a substantial part of one, including a translation or a close rewrite;
• reproduce the illustrations, the constellation drawings or the marks separately from the page they belong to;
• use any of it to train, fine tune or build a commercial product or dataset;
• present the material as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you.

4. Using the site properly

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, break into any part of it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other readers, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Other people's sites

Some pages link to material we do not control. Those links are offered because they are useful, not as an endorsement, and what happens at the other end is governed by that site's own terms.

6. Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable or free of error, and we may add, change or remove material at any time. We may also change these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and using the site afterwards means the new version applies to you.

7. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Zodiac Baby is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this site or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Nothing here affects any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement.
